Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data

When you create an account we collect your email address and full name. You may optionally provide your brokerage name and phone number inside your profile. This information is used to personalise generated outputs and to contact you about your account.

Listing data

Everything you enter on the new-listing form — address, property details, features, voice preference, edits — is stored in your account so you can re-export or regenerate at any time. Photos you upload are stored in our cloud storage. Listing data is never shared with other users or used to train AI models.

Usage data

We record page views, generation counts, and feature interactions using our own infrastructure. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels.

Payment data

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and current subscription status. We never receive or store card numbers, CVVs, or full billing addresses.

2. How we use your information

• Provide the service. Your listing data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate marketing copy. Per Anthropic's published API terms, inputs sent via the standard API are not used to train their models.
• Enforce plan limits. We track generation counts against your subscription tier to apply free and paid quotas fairly.
• Transactional email. We send receipts, password-reset links, and material policy-change notices via Resend. We do not send marketing email without your explicit opt-in.
• Security and abuse prevention. Usage logs help us detect and block automated abuse of the API.

We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate ListingForge:

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

Outputs produced by ListingForge are AI-generated drafts. They are not legal advice, fair-housing compliance certification, or a guarantee of factual accuracy. Real estate agents are solely responsible for reviewing every line of generated copy for accuracy, compliance with the Fair Housing Act, NAR Code of Ethics, and applicable MLS rules before publishing or distributing. AI models can produce inaccuracies, omissions, or phrasing that requires correction; treat every output as a first draft that requires human review.

5. Data retention

Your account data and listing data are retained for as long as your account is active. Generated outputs are retained indefinitely so you can re-export them at any time. If you delete your account, all rows associated with your account — including listings, generated outputs, and profile data — are permanently removed within 30 days of the deletion request.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, export of, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@listingforge.app. We will respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account directly from the dashboard, which triggers the data-removal process described above.

7. Children

ListingForge is a professional tool intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy — such as adding new data categories, new sub-processors, or substantively changing how we use your data — we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account before those changes take effect. Minor editorial updates (typos, clarifying language, updated contact details) will be posted here without a separate email notification. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.
